kay, so i clicked on a random dbs ep livestream on youtube and the moment i saw had 17 and he walked up to piccolo who was  just standing and it was so awesome and then they shook hands and  i was silently freaking out, waving my hands, just being an all around freak and then i turned it off bcuz i'm not about to watch an episode from halfway but holy fuck i need to see this episode for my beautiful son Cyborg 17

if so can I use it's design in a game I'm trying to make? i would make a bunch of designs myself but I'm noot looking to make 20 different characters just to show up briefly rules: cannot be related to a canon character can't be ridiculously superpowered can't have an "edgy" design (lots of wristbands, face covering fringe black and purple/red/blue) / must look like it would fit in with the axtual characters mostly just looking for a few animal characters/mobians that are fromthe same place as blaze game is in 16-bit genesis style but i can easily make sprites just need designs
